Grilled Oysters

INGREDIENTS
6 TBSP. unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 TBSP. minced fresh   parsley
2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
36 oysters on the half shell

DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill.
In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.
Brush each oyster on the half shell with butter mixture.
Position half of oyster shells on grill.
Cover with grill lid and cook until juices are bubbling and edges of oysters curl, 3-5 minutes.
Using tongs, carefully transfer oysters to a serving platter.
Repeat grilling process with remaining oysters.
Serve immediately.
Yield: 3 dozen.
