Ziti with Honey Mustard Tuna

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. tuna fillet
1 TBSP. honey
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 TBSP. oil
1 onion, diced
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 cup heavy cream or half and half
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 TBSP. parsley, chopped
3/4 lb. ziti pasta

DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly oil a small roasting pan.
Place tuna, skin side down.
Spread the honey over the tuna; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. pepper.
Roast tuna for 12 minutes, depending on the thickness.
Remove from oven.
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over low heat.
Add onions; cook 5 minutes.
Add wine; simmer 2 minutes.
Whisk in the mustard, cream, salt and remaining 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Turn off heat and flake the cooked tuna; stir it and the parsley into sauce.
Cook ziti according to package directions; drain and toss with the sauce.
Serves 4.
