1 sea bass fillet, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons cooking
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 stalks green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Marinate the sea bass pieces with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
Heat cooking over medium-high heat until hot.
Fry the marinated sea bass until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.
