Ingredients

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pound scallops

1 pound white fish fillets (such as haddock or cod)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare Seafood: Rinse and pat dry the shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.

3. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly golden.

4. Add Cream and Milk: Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and milk, stirring until the mixture thickens (about 3-5 minutes).

5. Season the Sauce: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.

6. Combine Seafood and Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the seafood with the sauce, ensuring everything is well coated.

7. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the seafood mixture into a greased casserole dish.

8. Top with Cheese and Breadcrumbs: Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.

9. Bake: Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden and the seafood is cooked through.

10. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
