Mexican Baked Cod

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs. cod fillets
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup coarsely crushed corn chips
1 avocado peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sour cream
Lime juice

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease an 8x12 baking dish.
Rinse fillets and pat dry with paper towels.
Lay the fillets in a single layer in dish and top with the salsa.
Sprinkle the cheese over the salsa and top with the corn chips.
Baked uncovered for 15 minutes.
Serve with the avocado and sour cream.
Serves 6.
