Sautéed Striped Bass

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. striped bass
1/4 cup margarine
4 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vermouth
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

DIRECTIONS
Preheat frying pan on medium heat.
Melt margarine. Add garlic and spices. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Add fish filets and increase heat to medium high. Cook until halfway done.
Add vermouth and turn fish.
Continue cooking until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Stir in parsley and serve.
Serves 6.
