INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese, cut into strips
40 large shrimp, peeled, deveined & butterflied
20 slices bacon, cut in half
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place cheese into butterflied opening of each shrimp.
Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around shrimp. Secure with toothpick.
Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until bacon is browned.
