Almond Topped Fillets

INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP. butter
1 small onion thinly sliced
4 fillets (any white fish)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
1 TBSP. parsley, minced
1 TBSP. lemon juice
2 TBSP. sliced almonds, toasted

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter in 13x9 baking dish until melted, then place the fish on top.
Sprinkle fillets with salt, dill and pepper.
Combine cheese, mayo or sour cream, parsley and lemon juice; spread over fish.
Baked uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes.
Top with toasted almonds.
Serves 4.
