Maryland Crab Salad Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
4 croissants, sliced lengthwise
1 lb crab meat
? cup celery, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
? cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice, to taste
2 tsp dill
½ tsp Old Bay

DIRECTIONS
1. Coarsely chop or break apart the crab into small pieces, if not already picked.
2. Finely chop the celery.
3. Toss the crab, celery, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
4. Stir the mayonnaise, lemon juice, old bay seasoning and dill together in a bowl or cup.
5. Pour the mayonnaise mix over the crab and toss gently to coat.
6. Fill your croissant with the mixed crab meat and garnish with green onion on top if desired.
