Creamy Flounder Almondine

INGREDIENTS
6 to 8 flounder fillets
1/2 cup butter
1 shallot thinly sliced
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup dry white wine
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sliced almonds

DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil.
Place fillets in a single layer on prepared pan.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add shallot and garlic, cook for 5 minutes.
Add wine, cook for 6 minutes.
Add cream; cook for 8 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Pour over fillets and sprinkle evenly with almonds.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork
Serves 8
