Remoulade Sauce for Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayo
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon chopped chives
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve it as a condiment.
