Weakfish Dijonnaise

4 weakfish fillets
White pepper
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 TBSP mayonnaise
Lemon Wedges

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Sprinkle white pepper on both sides of the weakfish fillets.
Mix together the Dijon mustard and the mayonnaise.
Thinly spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the fillets.
Bake, skin side down, at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika and serve with lemon wedges.
Serves 4.
