Grilled Tuna Steaks with Peach-Mango

4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Peach Mango Salsa

Preheat a grill.
Lightly oil the food grate and place it 4 inches above the heat source.
Lightly brush steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side. (Be careful not to undercook or overcook tuna.)
Coat each steak with 1 TBS fresh lime juice.
Serve with salsa.
Peach-Mango Salsa
1 large peach, peeled and diced
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
2 TBS fresh lime juice
2 TBS light brown sugar
2 TBS finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 TBS rice vinegar
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp finely chopped shallot
1/4 tsp salt

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
