Delaware to hold ASMFC hearing on Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass recreational management on November 8 in Dover

Delaware will host an Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) hearing on Draft Addenda XXXI and XXXII to the Summer Flounder, Scup and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan (FMP) at 6 PM on November 8, 2018 in the DNREC Auditorium, 89 Kings Highway, Dover. ASMFC seeks input on the management options for Summer Flounder and Black Sea Bass included in these two Addenda. The management options proposed in these addenda range from additional management tools, such as allowing slot limits, to revised allocation methods.

Comments will be taken at the hearing and comments may also be submitted at the Commission website (www.asmfc.org) under Public Input.
