FISH TALES TO CELEBRATE 35 YEARS

OCEAN CITY, May 16, 2018 - Fish Tales to celebrate 35 years with day long celebration.

To celebrate 35 years in business, Fish Tales Bar and Grill will be hosting a fun filled day for the entire family on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 12:00 pm-7:00 pm in the south parking lot. The day will feature a menu from 1983 including some of our favorite drinks from that time served in a commemorative drinking cup. Past favorite menu items will be available at throwback prices. Some of our former bartenders will be behind the bar pouring your favorite libations and donating their tips to Rich Relief, an ongoing fundraiser for one of Fish Tales’ employees who had suffered a tragic boat accident last summer and is in need of assistance. Come see Tammy, Kimberly and Tommy Bromwell along with Decker, Windrow, Trenton, Shay-Shay, Lokey, Kanuck, Pam Harman and other infamous characters bartending.

The day will also feature a Corn Hole Tournament with great prizes, prizes to the best dressed from 1983 and to the person with the oldest Fish Tales t-shirt. We will be giving away door prizes to patrons every half hour. Come and enjoy great music from the early days of Fish Tales and bring the kids for face painting and kid games. Our t-shirt booth will have a limited edition commemorative t-shirt and a great sale on past shirts with prices reflecting those of 1983. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be at 3pm with guest speakers.

Fish Tales, located in Bahia marina, used to be just a locals hang out. Throughout the years the "word" has spread about this treasure on the bay. Still keeping its quaint, relaxed feel, Fish Tales has grown immensely since its doors opened in 1983. Whether you come by boat, car or bike, we have parking for all means of transportation. Enjoy the nostalgia of our original dock bar by watching our expert fish cutters clean the charter fleets daily catch. If you choose to sit on the beach, you can enjoy an umbrella shaded table by day and tiki torch lit by night. To satisfy your taste buds we offer a wide selection of lite fare, full entrees and kid's meals, in addition to our eclectic daily specials. If you are in need of a cocktail, we have 2 large bars to quench your thirst.
