Smokey Citrus Butter Baked Redfish

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. redfish (Red Drum) fillets, rinsed and patted dry
1 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tsp. smoked sweet paprika
Juice of one small lemon
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and position a rack in the center. Sprinkle both sides of the fish with the salt, cayenne and smoked sweet paprika. Place the fillets with the side that once contained the skin facing up. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, onion and butter. Pour over fish filets. Bake until the fish is cooked through, opaque and flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
